Finalists for the Heavy Lift Awards 2024 in the Excellence in Safety & Training

We are honoured to be nominated as finalists for the Heavy Lift Awards 2024 in the Excellence in Safety & Training category for our work on the Basrah Refinery project in Iraq. The project prioritised safety through a comprehensive training program for all personnel on-site, with a total of 202 personnel receiving 948 training sessions on various topics from defensive driving to working at height to specialised proficiency training related to their job role. CJ ICM’s 390,000 man*hours LTI-free efforts were recognised and awarded by the Client, for significant contribution to the Project’s overall achievement of safe man-hours worked without a lost workday case. We were honoured to receive this award three times consecutively, highlighting our consistent dedication to safety and excellence. This nomination is a testament to our team's dedication and hard work.
